About XANM

Free calculators, travel tools, and plain-English guides. No accounts, no paywalls — just useful tools.

What XANM is

XANM is a collection of free tools for everyday money and travel decisions: mortgage payments, compound growth, debt payoff strategies, take-home pay, FIRE planning, rent-versus-buy math, emergency funds, and car loans — plus visa checks, currency conversion, trip cost estimates, packing lists, and time-zone planning for travelers.

Every calculator is paired with a plain-English guide that explains the methodology behind the math, so you can see exactly what a result assumes and where its limits are.

Who's behind it

XANM is an independent project run by Bond. It's built and maintained by one person who wanted the tools to exist — free, fast, and honest about their assumptions.

How XANM works: the calculators run entirely in your browser. Nothing you type into them is sent to our servers. We use Google Analytics to understand which pages people visit, and that's the extent of data collection. See the privacy policy for details.

What XANM isn't

XANM isn't financial advice. The calculators produce estimates for planning and education — simplified models of complicated decisions. For anything consequential, verify with current terms and a qualified professional.
